Anna Hill - Head of Mentoring

Anna is our amazing Head of Mentoring. Anna leads the mentoring team within Hancock Creative's education programs. Drawing on her diverse experiences in finance, fashion, information media, manufacturing, retail, beauty, and freelance writing, this has given Anna a front row seat to her true passion; people and why they do what they do.

Anna has worked closely with over 300 worthy causes around Australia guiding them to advance their social media presence and marketing, increase brand awareness, improve fundraising and attract and retain staff and volunteers.

Anna's sweet spot includes;

  • Story structure (for replicable results)
  • Target audience psychology (understand the why so you can adjust the how as necessary)
  • Altering workplace practices for positive impact on workplace culture (teamwork makes the dreamwork)
  • Asking probing questions (so we don't fall into the trap of working off a false assumption leading to poor decision making

Vlad Stevanovic

Vlad is our tech guy and hands down the nicest person in pretty much the whole of Australia.

Vlad is a firm believer in being customer-centric and believes everything we do involves engaging in and with the people around us. By putting the people we want to serve and help first, we ultimately create a positive and impactful experience. Vlad's superpower is empathy.
